10 Classic Lineups From The Plastic Project
A big chunk of this project is to inspire people to make a change using surf and adventure as a backdrop to the serious environmental issues. With that in mind and with the next big phase of the project set to start next week, here are my favourite lineups from the project so far.
A classic autumn morning down in France, solid lines pouring out of the Atlantic and the ocean steaming.
A classic pull up set, this wave was so cold with fresh water running into the lineup, and so windy it was barely surfable
This place looks epic in photos, sadly the wave itself isn’t as good as it looks, fickle, slow and just a little weak, sure looks pretty though.
A little flawless right-hander in Norway
One of the lineups that started the project, Timmy Turner looking out over a snowy right point, plastic on the beach.
No.10, pretty much unrideable perfection
Can Micah Lester get in his suit fast enough?
Remote and perfect, except the fact there are plastic bottles frozen into the sand.
